The Nathan Platform is a specialised trade lifecycle management platform for structured products. The Nathan Platform allows private banks to program business logic into digital structured products to facilitate asset servicing of more complex bespoke products.
ABOUT THE PLATFORM
Both the private banks and the Counterparty on the Nathan Platform will have access to the same bilateral contract, hence preventing any trade reconciliation from being required. At each fixing date, smart contracts will automate servicing activities to occur base on different price scenarios, allowing for the structured product to be serviced accordingly based on the different payoff scenarios. All transactions on the Nathan Platform are recorded onto an immutable audit trail, including interactions between the private bank, counterparty and clients of the private bank.
Structured Products can be programmed with business logic to exhibit ‘if-then’ behaviour based on market occurrences and serviced accordingly based on different payoffs. Self enforcing smart contracts automate fixing auctions and further reduce operational risk.
Data Standardization and Reduced Data Reconciliation
Users (i.e. Private Banks and their Counterparties) will have access to the same bilateral contract, hence reducing need for reconciliation. Smart contracts provide the catalyst toward data standardization, enabling for fungibility and secondary liquidity.
Transaction and Portfolio Transparency
All transactions on the Nathan Platform are recorded onto an immutable audit trail, providing transparency in transactional tracking and real time NAV of holdings.
Nathan is now open to Private Banks and Investment Banks. Sign up now for a demo and trial account.
